| A DISCOUNT IS SOMETIMES GIVEN ON MULTIPLE PUP BUYS. Prices are not always firm. I get sables, solids, parti's, merles, & brindles. Most pups average 4-6 lbs grown, I get some smaller and a few larger than this from time to time. |
| MERLES COME IN A VARIETY OF SHADING OF COLORS LIKE OTHER COLORS DO. SOME MAY EVEN APPEAR SABLE OR BRINDLE, BUT HAVE MERLE MARKINGS AS A PUP, THEY ARE GENETICALLY A MERLE, AND THEREFORE ARE A SABLE OR BRINDLED MERLE. A MERLE SHOULD NEVER BE BRED TO ANOTHER MERLE. There are also several colors in poms that do not visibly show the effects of the merle gene creating hte cryptic merles and should be avoided especially by novice merle breeders. |
| PLEASE NOTE: ALL TINY FEMALES (under 4 lbs) will be sold on a SPAY/NEUTER AGREEMENT & LIMITED PAPERS. ALL ADULTS will be sold & priced on their own merit. We DO ship within the USA only, excluding Hawaii, Oregon & Washington, at buyers expense. We ship from Portland, Oregon. All pups and dogs will be priced according to their individual merits, and a discount may be given for spay/neuter contract with limited papers after proof of spay/neuter has been provided. Older pups are often reduced in price which does not reflect on their quality in any way. |

| SHIPPING CHARGES Shipping charges vary from $300-$350 depending on size and what airline is used. Hand delivery can be arranged for an additional $100-$200 depending on size. I ship from Portland, OR by air only! |

| I require a non-refundable deposit of $200 per pup/dog to hold until able to go. The remaining balance must be paid by 7 weeks of age for pups or prior to date able to go. If the pup becomes unsaleable for any reason, a full refund will be given, or applied to a different available pup of buyers choice. If buyer changes mind for any reason no refund will be given of the deposit, and if paid in full, only credit for balance paid towards another dog or pup will be given. You will have 1 yr to purchase another pup/dog and the remaining amount after the non-refundable deposit will be applied to a new pup. NO CASH REFUNDS will be given when the buyer changes thier mind for any reason. Any credit applied to a different pup or dog within the one year is forfeited if a lower priced pup or dog is chosen |
